Really is a balancing act with kids, isn't it. I am concerned about that


too, but have been lucky that my 13 yr old eats a very healthy diet and works out like crazy. I am starting to believe it is more in the kid than what the parents say or do. My 20 year old had some compulsive tendencies and behavior, particularly in younger years that were just not controllable. In my lay opinion, similar to addictive behavior/desires.
